For the second Coffee & Construction event, I partnered with Mr. Eric Mbiu of STEM Developers, a Houston builder I respect deeply. Coffee from 10 to 11 AM, then a real site tour from 11 AM to 1 PM where attendees walked active builds and asked questions in real time.

You see the framing decisions, the budget choices, and what a real construction crew actually looks like. That is the difference between Coffee & Construction Houston and a typical workshop.
